A Recipe from MoreBeer

Here is a great one... and I think it has won a few awards (not by me). This is a specialty beer, it has great body and flavor. I believe the recipe below is missing oats, but it has been a while, and I do not remember :(

2.0 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US

1.0 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L

1.0 lbs Wheat Malt, Pale (Weyermann)

0.5 lbs Munich Malt

0.5 lbs Rye Malt

0.18 lbs Carafa I

1.0 oz Oak Chips - added dry to secondary fermenter
